CEF with history of dividend increases and year end special distributions.. Ok for someone wanting income.

Wow !
Just look at the performance from the low close March 9 09 til now vs the S&P and then include the dividends and special distributions. Price from 3.30 to 10.34, an increase of 213% plus distributions of 2.58 for another 78% !!!!
