I'm feeling a bottom on the home building stocks. Home builders know the climate and have made adjustments. Yeah, it'l take time before they start making good money again however they aren't going to continue to get battered.

Your right but until banks starts to loosen thier tight belts and everthing begins to settle ,say another 10 years or so, this and other stocks of this nature will clobber for now and I believe years to come. Let's not forget that now more than ever groceries,gas, and oil, are being charged and that has yet to come to pass and contributing to this mess.
