We have Pulte homes all around where I live and they are just sitting there. Granted AZ is part of the top 10 foreclosure states which is exactly why those nice new Pulte homes aren't selling. I don't think they are going to be going back up anytime soon. If existing houses that are usually cheaper aren't selling Pulte better be ready to lose a lot of money soon, at least in this area.
