The entire housing industry is going further down and this company is going down with it. I know that the builders and developers claim that they have not overbuilt, but they say that everytime we have a good real estate market, and they all always ...

Housing is way down. Pulte is very large, and are going to have to downsize quickly. They also have to build what they've committed to, and need to buy LOTS of material to fulfill commitments - and it ain't coming out of cash flow!

Pulte Homes is a company involved in the building and selling of new homes. As we all know, this is pretty much the worst sector to be in right now and it doesn't appear to be getting better any time soon. Mounting losses do not bode well for this ...

bought in a 11.36... should have 10 a share in cash by years end considering they have about a 3 years supply of finished lots that can be monetized to cash before ever putting a shovel in the ground
