I think the housing downturn will last longer than expected and homebuilders will continue to suffer. These levels might be the time for a bargain hunter to buy for the long term, but for now, I'm a bear on all homebuilders.

Immensily overvalued with a PE of close to 200. The winter months will further hurt homebuilders, already combined with a bad market and the mortgage debacles of late equals disaster.

The CEO of KB home came out today and said that he did not see the housing market bottom until the end of 2008 and didn't see prices rising until well into 2009. This isn't good for KBH and this isn't good for any of the homebuilders.
