Who can afford to buy that "FOO FOO" stuff when gas and food prices are on the rise.

The "FOO FOO" stuff becomes relatively cheaper when food and gas prices rise. Food and gas will drive inflation up and people will have more money to spend at PIR because their prices will remain more stable.
