While the rest of the world razes their forests, transforming them into grasslands, POPEZ extracts and sells wood from its forests as it has for the past century. An excellent business that will deliver even better returns with expansion opportunities.

Timber company, nice free cash flow AND dividend. Own POPEZ in my real portfolio.
