Yes, down times are the point of purchase. I did so in October when PPO was at this point last. I am so glad I sold my position in PPO last friday. I managed a 36% gain, if I could do it all over I most certainly would. The only problem is knowing when to get out. The entry point obviously is not as important, but the exit is!
