As lending tightens up and low initial interest rates rise, there will be more default on debt. If PRAA is able to continue to be selective about the debt they pick up they should profit.

With Americans on average spending more than ever, this company looks to cash in on an already crazy debt ratio. With this in mind, PRAA should be able to continue to buy debt and turn it into large gains. I own this one as well.

With a market cap of $700M and PE of 16 I like it . Now, insiders hold 613k shares, so I'm even more comfortable, and it has been offered as a Hidden Gem..... Im in for 150 shares .
