The recent US District Court ruling that PRXI does not own the Titanic salvage items only 'possesses' them currently and the courts statement regarding PRXI's July press release stating they purchased full rights of ownership to the artifacts was "blatantly misleading to the public and the investors".
With the loss of this supposed asset and loss of trust in their management due to the false statements, I believe this one will take a downward turn for 6 to 12 months.
