Pantry operates the ubiquitous Kanagaroo gas stations in the US Southeast. They have a miniscule P/S ratio, and the bulk of revenue is gasoline. As gas rises, that kills their margin as gas is nearly flat. When gas margins increase, their earnings explode. I'm choosing this a hedge against a market overweight in independent E&P.
