I saw that Papa John's just had a class action lawsuit with potential damages over $250m. It was certified by a federal court which means that it's for real and not just frivolous or without merit. When I bought this stock I, of course, read the 10K and saw no mention of this case as a potential threat. Obviously PZZA execs knew this was coming. Lame.
