Not much more to say. Quickly halted in Canada after the Million Dollar glossy fed promo, but as usual SEC on the US side is sleeping at the wheel.

Typical shell reverse merger....shell use to be in the dental business, now it's making water from air with potential multi billion dollar deals in 3 countries.
