1. Mohnish Pabrai recently sold his holdings in RAIL. See

(And he never had a large holding anyway.)

2. While the trailing P/E is presently < 5, the forward P/E is over 20!

3. This company does NOT have a track record.

4. Something about the ROE > 50 seems too good to be true to me. Perhaps someone good at analyzing ROE can explain this to me.

Total shares outstanding nearly doubled from 2004 to 2005! (and no there was not a split.)
I wonder who bought those shares and what price they paid. At least this explains why RAIL has cash on hand!
