The current price is a huge overreaction to the credit crunch and RAS's (small) exposure to American Home Mortgage. They are not in danger of bankruptcy and their residential loan portfolio has an average FICO score of 738 and under 80% average LTV.





They will be fine through the credit turmoil and when it's over the share price will go right back up and people who bought under $10 will pick up a pretty wicked dividend.
