They have significantly reduced their exposure to short term debt which has caused so many other businesses to face margin calls. They have enough cash on hand (+/-) to cover their current short term debt obligations. Their current cash flow seems sufficient to afford somewhere between a $0.40 to $0.46 dividend. Current book value appears to be somewhere around $9.5 and insider buying infers that stock value is > $6. Have begun recycling the incoming principal and interest payments from their current commercial loans to make new commercial loans (instead of using additional leverage). Their management seems to have taken a defensive posture and look poised to ride through these rough times.
