Okay, so I am sure you already know that our largest generation (Baby Boomers) are getting very close to retirement which is a wonderful thing for healthcare and medical stocks and Respironics is perfectly positioned to profit greatly from this. They are a solid company proven by the fact that they are largely held by many top mutual funds and have been a great earnings grower. All indications point to earnings growing 15 to 20% for the next few years at least not to mention they are a specialized company in a niche market which makes them a great takeover candidate. They are fairly priced(currently) and well managed with lots of cash.
