We're at a price high after a slight earning disappointment where Roche underperfomed its sector peers. This is likely due to the promising new developments in cancer drugs. It takes a while to being those to market, and we likely won't sustain this price, but will fall back to a more reasonable valuation, slightly above the competitors who have generics looming. I could see this lagging the S&P by 20% over two years.
