Experimental pick. Handle with care.I will see what happens when I track the buys and sells of guru growth investors. RIO represents almost 5% of the value managed by Ken Heebner.Ken Heebner is the co-founder of Capital Growth Management, a money management firm with more than $6 billion under management. As of June 30, 2006, the CGM Focus Fund has averaged 21% a year over the last 5 years.Usually I don't like such performances because usually it was just a lot luck, but who knows, maybe the guy is really good. I never heard of really good growth investors but it doesnt mean there aren't any. And besides, I like the company. It's in Brasil, a slow growing country that isnt that much atractive to investors, and because it's so not-atractive it atracts me and a bunch of other contrarians. Current P/E is about 15, forward P/E is about 9. This stock appears to be grossly undervalued, and I will trust that Kenny (Ken Heeber) has done his homework well to know there be no dragons in RIO.Really, why do all the homework yourself, visit the company and go throught all the anual reports when you can pick low P/E stocks with high return on equity, a dividend (reinvested, wooHooo) and have the "peer review" of a famous investor with all the resources he has ? If you do that, you can be Homer Simpson and still get rich, dough!Give me Rec, add me to your favorites :-) Another of my experiments is to become popular and try to take over CAPS and Fool.com :)))) Sort of what Mr. Smith in Matrix tries to do with the real world in the end of the sequel.
