I have been following this stock before the split with cnp (Centerpoint Energy, who declares dividends) and I know employee of rri who like the company and feels its management is sound.

I'm going a little out on the limb on this one (since I'm not putting real money in this stock). But since the fundamentals of this company are relatively strong, I say its a buy at this price.
