Simple rule also espoused by Cramer: Large short interest and Significant insider buying means stock will go up. Shorts are wrong as often as right but are more often wrong when they bet against insiders. Besides, I believe in the longterm bull trend in aerospace despite the temporary setbacks in Boeing 787 and Airbus A380. So both TIE and RTI are attractive. This is similar to what we saw in Natural gas companies like HERO and CHK last summer (insider buying etc.) and now the shorts are getting squeezed.
