RY did already have a good rise. For about the last 80 years it's averaged mid to upper teens appreciation growth. I agree, they are due for a tough stretch, but you have more guts than I do. RY is a SOLID company and I would have a really tough time calling an underperform. Even in the short term, the last 10 years, RY has had total returns averaging nearly 20%.
