A strong bank in a country with a)lots of land/resources, b)a tiny population (30 million give or take), and banking laws that only allow for the existence of very large banks. I think this stock can only go up or be aquired by a stronger bank.

Canada is in a privileged position as long as OIL dominates headlines. Their economy is on fire. This is the biggest financial player there. Their Price has been hit due to sector risk.Good Finance-Outperformance play.

Same reasons as I gave for TD. However, their stock is actually reasonably priced right now - but the company is under better management to benefit from the turmoil.
