Clearly they will not beat out the market, through the Q1 2008, if some drastic improvement occurs in home building then this pick might be wrong, however I highly doubt that might actually happen. Look for this stock to continue downward with a squeeze and a bottom fishing effort every once in a while, but I suspect it may be a while
