Still too many homes available and not enough buyers. The economy seems to be fairly stable but there is a lot of nervousness to commit to large purchases.

I think housing stocks are beaten down a little too much and there are some good values to be found as a result. PE 7.5, P/S 0.5, good current ratio, good ROE, debt

In the short-term, the shorts are going to have to continue to cover their losing positions, as the stock has recaptured more than half of its Q2 decline. In the long-term, this company prints money and rewards its faithful shareholders!

I think that the housing thing might be a bit over done sort of like Y2K. Lots of people trying to look smart saying what they heard somebody else say.Long
