Incredibly lousy service and deceptive business practices will within the next few years lead to lawsuits and loss of customers. Expect to see people running from these ungrateful goons in hordes and profits to drop.

On a further note...

I switched to Sprint to save money by getting on my girlfriend's employee plan and it has been nothing but a nightmare. We were promised one fee and then charged a greater one. I've been without a working phone for nearly a month now because of both horrible equipment that was insured but not immediately replaced and because of horrible service. Every time I've had to press *2 on my phone I've been connected either to a proud chola or a bitter african-american. These are things that should not become immediately obvious to a customer during a routine service call. I want to speak to someone with good phone skills who listens and communicates solutions to my problems without attitudes. I expect good phone skills from people whose job it is to answer phones. Call me crazy. There is absolutely no professionalism in their customer service AND the company is deceitful and disrespectful to their customers. This business is in trouble. Cingular, please except my apology and welcome back your prodigal son. I sincerely hope that the people running this company stick around to have their shirts sold off their backs.
