No business in US can survive without quality cusotmer service and Sprint is the worst among its competitors. I myself have been a Sprint subscriber for the last 2 years and know it first hand how bad Sprint treats its customers.

Now Sprint is introducing a new touchscreen phone like iPhone. Why would anyone not buy an iPhone and buy something that looks like iPhone and that too from Sprint? The company really needs to pay attention to its customer service before anything else.

Given that its market cap is still near $19b, it will be hard to find a buyer. I think Sprint will become more attractive for a buyer when its market cap is below $10b.

Maybe because it will be cheaper, carry flexible open source technology like Google Android, and/or the phone works with more than one carrier if you ever want to change plans...it is just a guess. Customer service is important, but I think they are working on fixing that problem.

"Working on fixing that problem". Maybe Sprint should work harder. I have been a customer for a little over two months. So far they have sent me three grossly incorrect bills, including one bill for $545 from before they even connected my service. Customer service calls so far have involved no less than nine individuals, and because I am an enterprise customer, I have made my company make most of the customer service calls, so who even knows how much trouble my company went through.

That's right, they can't even take care of their enterprise customers. Currently they have charged $697 to my credit card for this month, even though I'm on the $69/mo plan and didn't go over my minutes or send more than a dozen texts.

I love the mobile broadband, but if this keeps up I will sue them, just as others already have. Check this out:
