Sprint has had a bad quarter, but they are making changes to correct. Their network and infrastructure position them well for the future.

While their network and infrastructure do position them well for the future, the managment can't seem to get out of the way long enough to take advantage. They also still have serious customer service issues to resolve and need to do a better job of integrating the Nextel side of the business.
