They just told us they were expecting to lose even more customers throughout Q3. The stock has moved up nearly 20% from it's low following that announcement on an upgrade?? and the cancellation of the preferred stock fund raiser.

With all the iphone problems with 3g/ The app store closing after 2 hours of its launch only shows that Sprint can provide a stable network and phone. As far as the customer care, thats a diffrent issue.
