Still considered an app company after years of trying to transform to an infrastructure company. Attempt to re-invent a failure. Needs to try again, but it will be harder this time. Plus, competitors (ie ORCL) out for blood. Strong EURO presence will sustain but growth prospects very low. Possible take-over target despite size. Look at IBM or possibly HP to put out feelers.
