This is another stock I just don't understand. I go to Starbucks periodically and I am flabbergasted that I order a $5 cup of coffee and the 20 something punk behind the counter still can't get the order correct. I can't be the only one they continue to get the order wrong. Don't other people have this same experience? I just want my $5 cup of coffee to be what I ordered. (Now I go to Jamba Juice!)

How many times did you buy a $5 cup of coffee from them before you changed due to the bad service? "I am flabbergasted that I order a $5 cup of coffee" The point is: You actually were willing to pay $5 for a cup of coffee. I only go to Starbucks when my wife wants to stop there. I on my own would never pay $5 for a cup of coffee. I don't care what flavoring, topping, or kind of service they give me.Don't feel alone though, you and few hundred thousand other americans are willing to pay that kind of money 5 days a week for coffee. There profits will stay flat with the expansion but in the long run they will forever grow, unless the coffee plants gets wiped out by disease.

What sort of a super sampler drink are you really ordering? You see I go to Starbucks every day... the same 2 stores now for over 3 years, and even if they have a new 20 something punk behinde the counter, the manager makes it his/hers business to tell the new person, exactly what I want when he/she sees me by the counter. And I mean, down to the amount of foam to put on my latte... I go to one store more often than the other, but they still remember my face, greet me with a smile and get me my drink with out a hitch. I am sure you would have a great experience if you would start to go to the same store on regular basis.
