Great beds; good sales model. I expect revenues to increase as their marketing improves -- and I think we are seeing that now. I am a bed owner (Sleep Number 65) and had a very positive sales experience, as have others on the discussion boards.

I slept on their matress one time, and my back has been soar ever sense. I am basically crippled and have to sleep on the floor ever night. I went to an attorney if I could get SSI, the mattress is now exhibit A. This company is crooked!
