A natural gas play that is not levered to the price of natural gas. (SE) stores and transports gas, and gets paid to do it whether the price of natural gas is $1.00 or $10.00. Natual gas usage is and will be on the rise. Watch for the company to seek additional storage capacity which in turn will generate more cash for the company. A nice dividend will help ease the waiting period.

When I first read about Spectra, it sounded a lot like Kinder Morgan which i owned until the recent buyout announcement. I also read that Spectra is looking at changing their structure for much better tax treatment. I guess this means a structure similar to Kinder Morgan but I do not know for sure. Anyone who can educate me on this matter?
