SEIC has been up 40% since you wrote your comment last September and now it is back down to your quote of a year ago. Everyone picks "outperform" even when it is off 40%. But nobody comments. That is weird!

I think it is no longer outperforming the market even though almost all who have commented on it still give the stock an outperform rating. And the Fools still have it as a buy.
