If by that you mean, buy and hold never sell MRK then this makes sense. SGP is being bought by MRK for 60% stock and 40% cash.

My position with SGP is a little overweight and in view of the merger with Merck(or maybe someone else) I am not sure if it is worth selling off some to reinvest in other stocks which appear to have better appreciation possibilities than SGP.
Any comments as to a view on where the SGP price may be by December?
