Fred Hassan appears to have stabilized the ship and put it on track to continued success. The company's earnings appear somewhat depressed due to continued heavy R&D spending; continues sales growth should offer meaningful leverage. The fundamentals look good and there's a chance industry consolidation could help out even more.
