I added this on the day when CBI bought SHAW for ~$3 Billion in cash/stock. Reports indicate that deal is $41/share in cash, and .12883 CBI shares per share in SHAW, totaling between $45-46; yet the stock price is currently trading around $40&change. I'm doing this more as an experimental case study than anything else. I plan to keep this open until deal is closed.
