With most radio stations only playing 5-10 mins of commercials per hour, why would you pay $10 a month for commercial free. I bought a new car and got 3 months for free and I had a hard time finding a station that I even liked with all of those stations. This stock is heading for the cellar.

The same thing was said about cable television at it's inception. The arguement back then was, "Why pay for t.v. shows when you can get t.v. shows for free?" Now, the overwhelming majority of the population has cable or satellite t.v. XM and Sirius will keep adding customers add it won't end anytime soon. If you're in it for the long haul, this is a solid pick.

I have SIRI and XMSR in fact I have both for 4 more years, SIRI in two cars and XMSR in my TAHOO, and a portable in my motor home that we use in the grage as well.I wouldn't be without them, we need the merger so we can have the best of both worlds.
