Natural gas relative to oil is low priced, clean and less carbon producing. It's historical price relative to oil will increase. The San Juan Basin is stable low cost producing area for natural gas. Reserves are among the longest in the US. The monthly income is high and likely to grow. There are no uncertain tax prospects as there are with the Canadian royalty trusts.

I thought this is a US Oil & Gas Trust not Canadian, also US Oil & Gas Trusts can not acquire new resources once it's depleted it's over. Unlike Canadian ones, they can re-supply through acquiring new land and wells, etc....
