Debt-bloated REITs whose business relies on retailers/consumer spending = SELL. It boggles my mind that people still want to own these things. The dividends won't hold up forever. Check out their SEC reports for yourself (balance sheets don't reflect everything).
Their acid ratio of .40 is a huge red flag...also with gas prices going up due to the fed's printing of money people will stay closer to home rather than drive an hour each way...
