Sony is in serious trouble with the Playstation 3. In Japan, it faces stiff competition from Nintendo, and in America and Europe, from Microsoft. Their market share for this generation of consoles will be drastically lower than it was for the last generation, and since Sony's stock price was basically predicated on it being the same, it should drop equally drastically. Also, it's estimated that the retail price of a PS3 is about half of what it costs Sony to make one. Good one-year underperform, and you can probably look forward to re-upping if it doesn't fall as far as it should.
