My only CAPS pick driven primary by spite. I love my PS2, but I've been severely put off by the contempt that Sony's shown for its customers.

I could argue that because Sony operates in highly competitive markets, ticking off the customers will ultimately affect the bottom line.

But mainly it's the spite thing.

You're not alone in your perception of Sony. Try the Wii to understand how a company should behave towards customers.

I know you did this months ago, but Sony still hasn't learned. They dropped their price on the PS3 just to stay alive. Sony really doesn't listen to their customers to know what they want. They think by overloading them with options like a Blu Ray player on the PS3 will get them to buy.

If it's any consolation, Sony treats it's employees a lot worse than they treat their customers! After having worked for Sony Pictures (a bunch!) yet, on and off from the time they bought the Studio until I had to retire. If you are a working man, you aren't worth spit! Management will go out of their way to circumvent the Union contracts.
Well, this isn't the forum in which to vent, but I'm with you on the "spite" thing!

SNE needs to break out of it's downtrend but must say I love my PS3with regular updates! Can download demos/buy games, stream movies and music from my computer via wifi to any TV in my house. Love GTA4, Battlefield: Bad Company and Guitar Hero: Aerosmith with wireless guitar(I'd call a steal at $100, though I'm not much of a GH fan).

Not trying to argue with you - but many of your picks seem very conserative and safe.
im assuming that is your plan.
