70% of revenue comes from high density media gateways. The market for these products peaked in Q1 and is set to collapse. I've spoken to many companies involved in this sector and some expert industry analysts, these guys are TOAST. Even an ex-employee thinks it is a short.

Everywhere SONS is compared to old players like Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, etc. And quit contrary to what you said, Sonus is the new technology replacing all those old switches. Does 70% revenue come from HD Media Gateways? True but you are misleading others by not mentioning that Sonus has all future technologies but is supporting old companies who are not willing to jump on to NGNs.
