Great customer base (most of the major telecom and cable providers). Excellent revenue model (licensing vs. one time fees). Significant amount of cash to go after the up and coming triple play services market (phone, tv, and internet).
In addition to their enterprise offering (the triple play services to telecoms and other providers), I just learned that SPRT soft is in the process of building a consumer services website. This is potentially similar to "The Geek Squad" site provided by Best Buy but dealing more with computer specific and connectivity support (at least that's the way I understand it). This could be a potentially large market for them if they can pull it off. A beta of the site is expected to be up late in 4Q 2006 with a full release coming in early 2007. I think this makes this stock even more attractive.
