Solar power is big and picking up steam. With their current capitalization, I think Sunpower will be one of the few companies to ride out the storm over the next couple years and emerge as an industry leader, just in time for rapidly increasing solar panel demand to catch up with the current manufacturing oversupply.As lesser solar manufacturers are weeded out of the market by falling prices, those few strong enough to survive should thrive as more and more solar energy projects leave the drawing board and begin construction.
