The baby boomers have to start staying somewhere.....I am not going to take care of them. LOL. Great growth potential as a large group of our population is beginning to need assisted living and care.

This isn't even a Baby Boomers play for another 10 years but till then as the boomers parents begin to reach those later stages someone has to be taking advantage of that and Sunrise is everywhere. I went inside one today and it's certainly not cate...

The service of this company at its senior living centers is diminishing and the current residents are finding other alternatives where service is equal or better at a much lower rate.

I've owned this in real life for years now and have ridden out its recent slump. (It's in my retirement portfolio - there I choose stocks for the longest haul possible and tend to let them be.) If I didn't own it before...
