A profitable, very focused company that will certainly survive the housing crisis. Significant cash on the balance sheet, very little debt, a current ratio of around 6:1, and significant insider ownership. I consider this an excellent long-term holding, but have been trading in and out of it in CAPS to take advantage of the general market volatility.
