Simpson has a virtual monopoly on its "strong ties" in the construction industry. Its recent share prices have been beaten down - apparently because of the short term slow down in construction. It will rebound nicely from the current price.

Currently fairly valued in the mid-low $1B range, but I think a turnaround in earnings is coming this year or next, likely driving up the price ahead of the S&P.

I don't understand why you would be interested in a company with a "virtual monopoly" in this industry. Virtual monopoly means no room for market share gains, and a lot of room to lose market share should other competitors try entry. So the company...
