Simpson makes good products in an isolated niche of homebuilding. They just had a big drop. I do not think they will tank.

Incredibly well-run business with good management in a bad sector. Their diversification through various building markets will limit their exposure to a residential blow-up.

A good, solid, boring company that's been pounded down by slump in housing market. At $30.00 this seems like an awesome value. I'm averaging down today.
