Excellent revenue visibility and increasing its fleet - all very admirable - but the real deal here is that steel, coal, commodities of all descriptions need to get mved from A to B, or A to C, C being China.

Pretty simple play here - the entire sector of dry shippers is on fire thanks to a booming global economy and new ships can't be added due to ship building constraints.
